Anyone like to join?
I'm planning on some sort of movement every day.
Yoga, c25k, swimming, walking, some weights etc.
I might gradually move my wake up time to 5am and join the 5am club, although that early might not be necessary.
No UPF, takeaways, junk etc unless I go out for an occasion. I have a wedding this Saturday, for example.
2-3 litres of water a day.
16:8, moving up to 18:6, starting with 12-8 and gradually moving my start time to 2pm.
I'll also calorie count and might do 5:2 as well.
Starting today at 14st 4lb 8oz.
I aim to get to 9st 7lb eventually.
I'm aiming for 6500 steps each day this week. Last week I did 6000 steps every day. I wfh and have a desk job so am very sedentary at the moment.
