Hi there. I was wondering, do any of you consume soluble fibre and has it helped with the weigh loss?

Since soluble fibre is in fruit, veg, whole grains, pulses, seeds and nuts, yes eating more of these things will make you eat less of other things and likely help weight loss.

But many things with soluble fibre also contain insoluble fibre. Do you have health issues that mean you need to minimise insoluble fibre?

thanks . I don't really even know what I'm asking. I'm just desperate to lose some weight and looking for the next miracle supplement.
