I know there is already a few threads of these but I’m a little lost and wanted to start my own
Have ordered these to help with weight loss. I’m so out of shape and have one stone to lose.
Yes I want a quick fix 🙈 I think if I get the stone off I will maintain it without the tablets.
Who has tried these with success? Read alot of horror stories and will use cautiously incase i shit my pants in the middle aisle of Tesco 😬

I've lost 10lb in 7 weeks, not a quick fix for me but I have an u deractive thyroid and haven't taken tablets every day due to work shifts

WhamBamThankU · 08/09/2023 21:43

I started them and followed the low fat diet.... until I still got the dreaded orange oily arse about a week in. Absolutely vile. Doesn't matter how much you wipe or even if you've pooed before bed, you will still leak through the night.

Orange oily arse 😂 the thought is filling me with fear

Why did u get the oily arse is you followed the low fat diet?

The diet part is slightly confusing me and this is where I need advice on what to eat

I honestly don't know! I tracked everything on MyFitnessPal and had the right amount of fat per meal, but still leaked. Put me right off so the box of meds is on top of the cupboard now 😂 I mean I don't know if it happens to everyone so I wish you all the best if you try it!

WhamBamThankU · 08/09/2023 22:43

If you google it tells you how many grams of fat per meal to have.

It’s arrived today 😬

Could someone tell me what they eat in a typical day? Just for inspiration

I have no side affects at all on these.
I’ve lost nearly 5 stone since April, no idea if they are helping a lot or a little. I do a lot of exercise! And stick to 1650 cals a day, I don’t focus too much on fat but most of what I eat is high protein.

Bubblenbeer · 11/09/2023 21:49

@TheWitche thank you. Do you only take when eatting?
