Im using the food focus sight that is in another thread. Its fantasic! BUT why the hell cant i cut back. Iv tried going through the day and cutting back but for some reaon,....i only feel i can stop eating when iv had my 2000 cals a day lmao,...is this just me???? I really wana cut back to 1500 cals, but finding it impossible!
If i do well during the day, i will without a doubt, fill up the rest of the cals during the evening when dd's in bed! Any ideas???
