Have just discovered blood pressure is much higher than it should be, am having to monitor it under GP but am expecting will need treatment from next week at least in short term whilst this heavy. I know I really need to lose weight and simply get better at eating healthily. And exercising. Anyone used the DASH approach? I’m 43 and need to lose four stone.
