I have been dieting for months and months and have lost 4 - 5 stone.two pounds this week! However my main bugbear is my horrible tummy on which the fat still lurks on. I need to lose at least another stone. I have taken up swimming again and have just started a form of sit-ups, lying on the bed and using a long scarf on the bed rail to assist with them. I can’t do the traditional ones on the floor.

my tummy is really getting me down it is so flabby. I had three children many years ago. Everyone says I have done so well and I have but tummies seem to be resistant!

any suggestions?

My tummy was the last thing to go. Everywhere else was really thin ages before that went.

Google standing sit ups or standing AB’s, they are more effecting than the lying down ones. Well done on your weight loss so far, great progress!

Could it be skin OP?

It's the last thing to go. The skin and muscles will have stretched out through pregnancy and are unlikely to go back to the way they were pre pregnancy. Sorry. It can be done but it will take years of dedication. Try weight lifting. Exercises that use abs are better than just ab focussed. Planks are great. Remember abs are a barrel around your middle not just those muscles at the front.
