About to embark on this 12 week total meal replacement programme tomorrow .
Anyone have any experiences they can share ?
Positives ,negatives any tips ?

i too have been looking for some info , I have started the remission programme and have had severe bouts of ibs and headaches seriously considering stopping the programme
