£88 per month! What is your experience?

No not worth it at all. Gave me 1200 calories and they say there not a diet but they assign foods a colour and 'bad foods' are red.

No, not worth it at all! Don't make the mistake I did. I've bought a fit but and paid for my fitness Pal and that's a lot better!!!

My sister in law did it when it first launched and she got it for free and then something like £10 a month. She said essentially it's a calorie controlled diet/deficit which gives you some guidance to think about what you're eating and why. She did say she wouldn't now pay what they're charging as it's not worth that, but it did work for her.

Not worth it in my experience.

No, I definitely need other people to hold me to account so I do better with WW or SW. The articles etc are good and I did learn new information so if you are very self-motivated I could see it working, but it wasn’t really for me.

When you go through checkout keep on trying to exit and they offer you lower and lower prices to give it a shot. I did it for 3 or 4 months at £19 a month this Spring and lost 4kg and learned a bit along the way.
