I haven't stopped eating all summer ... things like chips, crisps, pizza ... stuff I normally dont touch and as for wine.... bottles per week not to mention cocktails and cider.
In essence, I feel horrendous.
Bloated, heavy legged, big baggy belly and I've definitely slowed down.
I do like to walk and swim but loathe the gym or any weights etc.
I can do intermittent fasting and low carb when I set my mind to it.
Where do I even begin????
Ideally 1000-1200 cals per day because more than that and I simply don't lose.
Sedentary job and time poor.
Three stone to lose and five months..
Please help me
Thanks

this is me! I’ve ordered one of those healthy prepared meal delivery services for five days at the start of sept. I’ve done it before - a week eating only the delivered food and nothing extra usually kickstarts me, and then I can manage eating more healthily after that. Technically I should be able to just eat healthily without the external help but for some reason, I do better if I start off with a meal plan.

Sounds like a great idea . I may look into that also thanks.
I made a chilli today and divided into five portion last and froze them. I bulked up with mixed beans as-well as kidney beans and loads of veg

The other really small change that seems to help me is replacing tea and coffee with herbal tea. Obviously it doesn’t particularly contribute to fat loss but it mentally makes me feel like I’m in a good regime and I think it helps me tune into my appetite more. I usually drink copious amounts of tea and coffee and I think it disrupts my natural appetites in unhelpful ways. Plus i have lots of mental craving associations with tea and coffee (like a cuppa and a biscuit, coffee and toast) which I don’t have with herbal tea so I’m not battling cravings with it.
