I have been on this for over a week and lost 7lbs in the first week. Nothing so far in the second week but that's ok I have a few days to go.
I found the first two days a struggle but gradually adapted to the plan. I haven't stick to the recipes but mostly made my own meals and calorie counted them.
I've ordered some small weights to start doing the exercises as I didn't want to do them in the first week.
Overall I feel better for losing weight so far and feel less pain in my joints already. Previously the weight was getting me down and restricting my ability to walk even short distances.
