I would like to check if those of us who get Ozempic delivered receive it fairly cold? This is the third time i have recieved mine from Manual completely warm and i am really annoyed with them and have asked them to take it back. They claim the temperature doesnt matter but all official guidance states that the pens should be at a temp between 2 and 8 degrees before first use.
Royal Mail 24 hours never seems to actually deliver within 24 hours (and this is to central London) , but for the price i am paying, i would expect Manual to afford a specialist courier who can maintan the cold chain, or use better coolant.
Is this a common problem or is it just Manual? Thank you.
