Ozempic not cold

I’ve just had a delivery from Rightangled and the pen isn’t cold it’s clearly room temperature. Anyone else had this? Is it safe to use?
I’ve emailed the pharmacy but no response as yet.

It’s a pain if delivered with melted ice packs etc, I had same earlier in the summer but the pen only needs to be in the fridge until it’s in use, then room temp is fine for 6 weeks, so the pens I had that arrived at questionable not chilled temp I used first ahead of one I had in the fridge.

I would definitely still follow up with the pharmacy too though. When I did I was told it’s fine for 48hrs as leaves them with the ice pack frozen and is expected to melt during delivery, I wasn’t overly wowed by the response but it was fine

I got a reply that said as long as the liquid was still clear it was fine. Not massively reassured but with pens in short supply I’m going to give it a go!
