how about chop suey? loads of bean sprouts and other veg, a bit of meat and watery sause.

i am on weight watchers, have been for 4 weeks and would kill for a chinese, but dont want to ruin my weight loss.

oh for a bit of duck, pancakes and sauce!!

Saturn74 · 29/02/2008 15:41

Chicken and mushroom with plain boiled rice is not tooooo bad.

yelnats · 29/02/2008 15:42

I think chicken chow mein is only about 6 points so veg chow mein would be better. Il have a look for you.

chocolatespiders · 29/02/2008 15:49

I WOULD HAVE CHICK CHOW MEIN and sweet and sour sauce

yelnats · 29/02/2008 15:56

chicken and mushrooms is lower in points - i think it's about 5, and plain chow mein is only 3.5 per whole portion!!!

dont have sweet and sour sauce - I have seen it being made and you would not believe the amount of sugar taht goes into it!!

chocolatespiders · 29/02/2008 16:17

whoops sorry what about curry sauce...

like some sauce on my noodles....

I f you saved 2 points a day you could have a chinese feast...
