Would you try and lose the last 3-4kg?

I am 50 now and it's a lot harder to lose weight. I've got down to a reasonable weight, BMI fine. My waist is a bit big and I could definitely do with losing an inch or so off it. I have around 3-4kg to go to my 'ideal' weight. At that weight, I would be a size 10 and all my clothes will fit me.

Problem is I am stuck. I'm a solid size 12 now. I have a few pieces of clothes that fit me. But I am really struggling to change my diet/exercise and get any further down.

At the weight I'm at now, I can easily stay here without much effort. But it would mean giving up on my wardrobe of clothes and there's a slight worry in my mind that I really should be losing the apple tummy for my health.

WWYD and if I should keep going for it, does anyone have any tips?

Waist is around 31/32 inches for reference so definitely a bit big!
