Got up this morning had no breakfast but for lunch I've had 1 sausage 130 cals
2 scrambled eggs (approx 160 cals)
And a wrap 175 cals

I've Been doing well lately but feel I've just caused my harm than good

Is this brunch as bad as I think ?

Of course not! At a very basic level, it's less than 500 cals which isn't very much for the equivalent of two meals (presuming you won't have lunch as well). From a nutritional perspective? Sure, it could be better. But if you enjoyed it, that's probably more important

Yeah that's breakfast /lunch now
So won't have nothing more till tonight for tea.

I did 3 weeks really eating bland food
Chicken and veg etc but I was bored and hungry
If I can stick to 1400 cals a day I can loose weight
Obviously not fast but I've lost around 6 pounds in 3 weeks so not too bad

6lb in 3 weeks is actually quite fast.
It doesn't have to be bland, it has to be sustainable and if you were hungry, that suggests not enough protein or you have just set the calorie deficit too low

I think it's better to eat food within a short time span because then you can have many hours of fasting.

Spices don't have calories! No reason to eat anything bland.
You can eat anything you want as long as it's within your daily limit. Of course eating healthier food is better for you and to get your nutrients, but the odd 'junk' food will not blow it unless you let it.
I had Domino's pizza PLUS their cookies (4!!!) last week and still lost a kilo. I logged it and made adjustments the next day.
