Hey all-

Can anyone recommend any little tips to help me drop a dress size.
I enjoy my food and don't want to get obsessive about it but would like to drop down a dress size.

Thanks :)

You can join noom for free for 14 days at the moment . I'm finding it very good for tracking what I've eaten - it's very easy on their system . You get little reminder and prompts from your noom coach which I do quite like . For instance I'd missed a day because we'd been in A and E and she did ask how I was next day . Maybe it AI but it was nice ! I must admit I like it more than I expected to be honest. And no I don't work for them :)

I just left Noom lol because it was doing nothing for me. I don’t snack. I already eat a lot of fruit and veg but my problem is my portions are too large and I don’t get enough daily exercise. I’ve gone back to my fitness pal, and am trying to stick to 1700-1800 calories per day for now.
