Protein advice

Hello!
does anyone have any good tips for upping your protein intake in snacks?
I can get meat into my main meals but I tend to find that most protein bars are peanut based and I can’t have them (not allergic, peanuts just make me feel sick and I can’t eat them!) and whilst I’m partial to a bit of rolled up ham of an evening I’d like a bit more variety
Any tips or advice greatly appreciated!

My evening snack of choice is Skyr strawberry yogurt with frozen (defrosted) blueberries and raspberries. About 10g of protein, I also am eating eat lean cheese which is high protein, low fat and reasonable calories.

I put grass fed whey protein in my porridge sometimes or make a shake with it (blueberries or banana/cocoa).
Sardines and cucumber/lettuce on crispbread
Higher protein yoghurt...Like Arla or Skyr, Face etc
Babybel cheese
Eggs, every kind of way!

I'm new to it all too, but these things are that I'm using for now to boost my protein numbers.

There's at least 10 protein bars in every supermarket that do not have peanuts. I know this because I buy them all the time and I hate nuts of any kind.

You're probably looking in the wrong place, actual protein bars are usually in with health and beauty stuff and not the snacks where you do find all the things that claim to be protein bars but are more just carb bars with a little bit of protein.

Turkey sausages cooked a few at a time chopped and kept in the fridge, are a great grab and go snack plus hard boiled eggs kept in fridge.
