Travelling with unused Ozempic pen - no fridge

Advice needed please because I'm confusing myself with googling and getting various info. I have to go away and will need to take an unused ozempic pen with me. For a 24 hour period it will be out of the fridge as the hotel for that night does not have a fridge I can use.
How long can an unused pen be out of the fridge in a cool pack? I would be using one of the diabetic pen cool packs that are available on Amazon or something similar.

Can you overlap using 2 pens, or is it too late for that now, ie so you then travel with in-use pens?

Thats what I’m doing for my holiday - but saxenda so it’s daily so I can start new one off few days before current pen runs out and then travel with 2 partially used pens to cover the stay between them

I understood it's ok once out of a fridge for the 28 days you use it so should be ok ?

Thanks, it would be an unopened pen though which needs to be kept cool

So long as you then use it in 28 days it should be ok ? The pen doesn't know it's not been started ?
