Slimming World plateau, feeling frustrated

I started SW in February with 2.5 stone to lose. I'd lost a stone by Easter, but am currently only 4lbs lighter than I was then! I keep gaining and losing the same few pounds, no matter what I eat. I've even started couch to 5k which doesn't seem to be having any effect. I am now right at the top of the "healthy" BMI range (which should be taken with a pinch of salt, I know). But my friend suggested that maybe this is my natural weight now, and I should just be satisfied with where I am. To be honest I'd agree with her, but I was a stone lighter than this before I had children and I'd love to feel that confident and happy with myself again.

Has anyone else found this, and what did you do? I'm considering starting 5:2 with the SW plan on non-fast days, but not sure I'd manage the 500 calories with two small children to look after!

Speak or text your consultant. I think food diaries that you hand in will be best. I know they are a pain in the backside but you might have something wrong that your consultant will pick up on. You may have slipped into a bad habit and not noticed it. I wouldn't do 2 weight loss plans at once, it's risky and confusing. I hope you talk to your consultant and stick with SW. Good luck with your weight loss.

Thank you. A food diary is probably the way to go. I will give it a try!
