Which Michael Moseley diet is best?

Hi - I want to try one of the Michael Moseley diets but don’t know which would be best. I’m early fifties, menopausal, at least 2 stone overweight, a bit lot too fond of sugar and on thyroxine for an underactive thyroid. I exercise every day. What would you recommend for weight loss and general health improvement please?

Honestly they all work but I hate the concepts.
I love food and honestly calorie deficit is the only sustainable way to go without depriving yourself.

@LaMadameCholet I'm late 50's, post menopause, and am on levothyroxine for underactive thyroid.

I'm following a loose intermittent fasting schedule - most days are 15:9, some 16:8, others 14:10, depending on what works for me that day.

I'm vegetarian, mostly eating plant-based, and trying hard to avoid any UPFs wherever possible.

So far, I've dropped 22lbs since April this year. It's working for me, with some daily exercise before I have anything to eat.

Thank you both
