I stopped drinking totally a few weeks ago - a combination of not being able to stop once I’ve started, and also a realisation it was sabotaging my weight loss attempts. Although that wasn’t the only motivation, I did think I would be able to see some results on the scales. But absolutely nothing! In fact I’ve put on a couple of pounds.
anyone else had this?! Do I need to be patient?! I am pretty sure I’m not eating more to compensate, I have been very good with my meals without any drunken snacking! Just very confused!
