Does your stomach shrink?

I was reading that when you diet and eat less, after a while your stomach shrinks. So you get that full feeling quicker. Is this true?

When you lost weight, did this happen to you?

No it's not true. You may find your appetite regulation gets better though so you will pick up on satiety signals you might have missed beforehand though.

Personally I find that I get fuller much quicker now after having lost weight.

I used to be able to eat huge takeaways. I'd feel full after but not uncomfortable. Now I can't eat as much and if I try I feel really sick. I also used to snack loads after the kids were in bed but now I only can eat a few bits before I feel full.
