I have 4 stone to lose after having my baby. I've been putting my head in the sand for too long and it's time for a radical change.
Can anyone recommend any good weight loss docs? I've seen a fair few in my time. I find them really good at motivating me and keeping my head in the game.
I'm not really into anything faddy anymore, I've tried nearly every diet under the sun and now I just want a sustained weight loss that I can keep off. There's no way I can be on Keto forever for example
