Hi!
I’ve started 16:8 three weeks ago today. I am 5ft 7ins, 43, and my start weight was 13st 9lbs. As of today I am 13st. My goal is 11st 5lbs. I think I’m probably peri menopausal so I want to do something about my weight before it gets even harder to lose.
I have cut out: alcohol, coke, and obviously takeaways I was having too many of.
Would anyone like to join in on this thread posting regularly how we are doing? I am going to post each evening to keep myself accountable - mood, how the days gone, and what I’ve had to eat. Would be great to be able to support each other.
So me today:
11:30am: bran flakes, Greek yogurt, peach slices and semi-skimmed milk.
7pm: noodles with lots of stir fry veg and Thai green sauce.
Snacks: Satsuma, a few cashew nuts, 30g of mature cheddar, cucumber sticks.
