I'm currently trying to get down to 18% body fat from approx 24%. Anyone else managed it? Not sure how achievable it is after 4 kids (youngest only 1).

Those cals are fine for me
To be fair, maintainance is more like
2000-2100, but I am good cutting at those cals.

I usually have around 2000 cals - which is more than enough, I do the sport because I love it and the comp
Weight is just preparation (I simply posted it because I wanted to
Show what my week at that body fat percentage would like like
Iyswim)

Thanks for answering. That makes sense.

Thank you @bjjgirl can I ask what you typically do in the gym?

To answer a few questions, my BMI is currently healthy at 20. Unfortunately I got into the habit of eating a lot of unhealthy food when my children were in bed, think share bags of chocolate, sweets, crisps etc and obviously my body was changing. I started tracking my calories and only have the treats in quantities that keep me at a deficit. I have started to lose weight and also my body fat has come down - currently 23%.

I currently don't do any training because I was focusing on getting my diet to a healthier place, which I have. I don't smoke or drink. I will be starting in the gym a few times a week. Whilst I look fine I'm not very strong and would like to build muscle.

I have a programmed gym sessions based on 3 phases depending on which part of the comp calendar I am in

Typically 45 min session as I fit it in around work and kids
