I won't go into too much detail, briefly after years of being in an abusive relationship I left 18 months ago, just myself and my dog to start a new life. Prior to this I'd lost a lot of weight and managed to maintain it for quite a few years but largely due to my circumstances my old friend 'comfort eating' came back into my life and my weight soared. Now I've decided I'm in the right place mentally to do something about it and as I've used WW successfully in the past I'm thinking of trying it again, however, I'm wondering now that as WW seems to change every couple of years or so would I be able to handle it as well. So those of you who are currently following it, have you got a success story for me and would you recommend it ?
