Hi, I've been offered a choice between these plans for a 12 week weight loss course - if anyone has any experience of them that would be really helpful! I have about 3 stone to lose and am looking for good peer support mostly, via an app/ website I'm guessing Smile

Hi, I have the same question. Have you decided on one? How is it going? Are you happy?
thanks. X

Ive just been given the same choices and came looking for reviews, would love to know how you got on with them or if anyone has tried any.

I went with Oviva - started the course and promptly came down with COVID! So it wasn't a success for me as I was ill for pretty much all of it, can't blame them for that 😂 other than that I found their books and support useful (although my group was very quiet) - I do wish my area had offered SW/ Second Nature though as I think I'd have benefited more from one of those.

Is oviva heavy on exercise? As I currently have incredibly poor health where I'm barely able to walk, exercise is just not possible. I am worried that whatever I choose is going to push exercise when I just can't.

Hi, I've just completed week one with Altra Life/ Oviva as part of my diabetes remission.
The shakes are nice. I wish I hadn't ordered the soup; it doesn't taste great, and I'm best off just drinking it quickly. I noticed that when I have the soup, I end up wanting something to eat later and have caved a couple of times. I told myself it was okay as I only had a few calories, but I knew I shouldn't have. Willpower is needed, as is a good support system.
Having children and snacks around the house does NOT help.
No exercise as yet as on very low calorie intact.
I'm a few pounds off at weigh-in today and a bit upset as I've been starving myself and struggling. However, the only video blogs I've seen are men who are significantly overweight and who lose lots of weight.
I guess some is better than none.
