Help! Put on half a stone!

I weighed myself last night for the first time in ages and was horrified to find I'd put on half a stone since January. I have probably been eating more than usual but did not expect this. Feel quite down about it which is stupid because before I weighed myself I was quite happy with my body. I want to lose some of it but not sure how. I already do a fair amount of exercise so suppose it's just down to eating more healthily. Does anyone have any tips?

My top tips are (in no particular order)

plenty of green tea, black coffee
cut out butter
don't eat snacks between meals
bowl of cereal for breakfast
have a piece of fruit for pudding
eat plenty of salad/fresh vegetables

And, increase your daily excersise.
