I weighed myself last night for the first time in ages and was horrified to find I'd put on half a stone since January. I have probably been eating more than usual but did not expect this. Feel quite down about it which is stupid because before I weighed myself I was quite happy with my body. I want to lose some of it but not sure how. I already do a fair amount of exercise so suppose it's just down to eating more healthily. Does anyone have any tips?
