Weight loss tablets

I've been trying to eat a bit healthier, but my vice is snacks. I don't think I eat that badly but it's the stomach, bloated and frumpy

We do the gym at the weekend but by the time I finish work I'm too tired to fancy it

Now the crunch! I'm getting married in a month and really want to lose some stomach weight, maybe a bit of arm

Is there any sort of supplement I can take to help, without awful side effects e.g. constantly being on the loo!

I've always wanted to start clear of tablets and such like but I'm a touch desperate as yesterday had a dress fitting and was bent over sorting my shoes after and hated how my stomach looked 😭

Probably best to just cut down on sugar and carbs. Eat more protein and veg etc. exercise a bit more and drink plenty of water.

There's no quick fix.

I am actually very interested in those Keto Active Gummies that I've seen adverts for (but too chicken to start a thread myself as I can imagine the answers will be eat a Rowntrees Fruit Pastille and burn a £5 note each time , same effect )

Yes they do look like a Quick Fix and the before/after photos ............where exactly does the loose skin go ?
Those "Befores" had a lot to lose and would have a lot of loose skin.
I'm not convinced ..

What ?
Why has my post been deleted?

Seriously ?

I think weight loss tablets/supplements are not good for health. You should do some exercises 3-5 days a week and drink a lot of water.

The only ones that work have terrible side effects and blur the lines between being legal or not.

If the fat burning capsules you can buy on the high street worked then you wouldn't be able to buy them on the high street.

IME the only ones that work have serious side effects and I'm sure are no longer legal in the U.K. for that reason
I'd personally recommend 2 litres of water a day and use My Fitness Pal to chart your calorie intake and exercise

QueenBitch666 · 29/08/2023 18:46

I'd up the exercise to at least 3 times a week. Invest in a personal trainer too if finances allow
