I've been trying to eat a bit healthier, but my vice is snacks. I don't think I eat that badly but it's the stomach, bloated and frumpy
We do the gym at the weekend but by the time I finish work I'm too tired to fancy it
Now the crunch! I'm getting married in a month and really want to lose some stomach weight, maybe a bit of arm
Is there any sort of supplement I can take to help, without awful side effects e.g. constantly being on the loo!
I've always wanted to start clear of tablets and such like but I'm a touch desperate as yesterday had a dress fitting and was bent over sorting my shoes after and hated how my stomach looked ðŸ˜
