Google informs me that sitting all day makes your bum big. Something about the constant pressure making fat accumulate in that spot.
This makes me sad because I’m in a sedentary desk job. I’ve been trying to lose weight but not thinking that my job means no matter where or how much lose, I’ll still have a comparatively fat arse.
Anybody here know the science? Or perhaps have successfully shed fat arses while still sitting 8+ hours a day?
