Hello! Has anyone tried the Alan Carr method / seminars ?

His stop smoking book stopped me smoking after 30 years. I’ve stopped before with will power but always gone back to it.
The book made it really click into place, never found it as easy as I did with that.
so the food ones may well work.

I got the audio book of the weight loss, as I had success at giving up smoking from his other book
Sadly the weight one didn't work for me. I think his smoking book helps you give it up by completely removing smoking.
But we all need to eat, and I found his thinking about how to consider over eating just didn't click with my way of thinking, I just couldn't get behind his theory on it

Such a shame, as I am still so grateful he helped me stop smoking, I never thought I'd be able to, but what he said made so much sense and really helped me stop for good. I learnt I could never be a social smoker, which helped me never to slip back
