Anyone had a non-invasive fat treatment?

I've been having a bit of a difficult time recently (non-weight related) and could do with a bit of a boost so I've been looking at Botox etc. Browsing the sites, I've noticed these clinics often offer other treatments, from massages to lasers and light therapy, even fat freezing.

I can't really afford it but I am feeling pretty bad about the way I look so I would likely fund it through a second job or similar. It would be worth it to keep myself motivated and not to go off course because of difficult life events.

Has anyone had any of these treatments and seen positive results? I know liposuction is the truly effective one but as I'm still losing "naturally" I'm not at that stage yet; I'm thinking anything giving a subtle improvement or just an improvement in appearance or texture.

I'm with you - I do try and exercise but.....I'm considering fat freezing but wonder does it really work? It seems too good to be true. If I have it done - I'll post on here how it was.
