Has anyone lost weight doing this?

Which channels, type of exercise?

I keep getting lots of app ads for various things but figure there must be free options on you tube.

I've found the best thing for me was buying a few different weighted kettlebells and finding free videos on YouTube. After a while it's been easier to plan my own workouts based on the bits I've learnt, and mix it up with longer walks when not doing a workout.

I found it hard to stick to a gym schedule around my work so this has been ideal! Plus kettlebells are easy enough to store away when needed!

How heavy kettle bells did you buy? I’ve got one I think it’s 8kg not that I’ve used it

Try The Fitness Marshall - dance workouts, some of them are great fun

There are loads of free workouts online.

There is the FitOn app which has loads of free content of loads of different stuff and then there is YouTube

I like Joe Wicks the body coach who does HIIT and some dumbbell workouts, Get Fit With Rick for walking workouts and Yoga with Adriene for yoga but Caroline Girvan is hugely popular for weights as well.

Keep trying lots of different things until you find what you like. Things like walking workouts can be great if you have injuries or just want something lighter

I also like Joe Wicks.

I have a kettlebell. Can you recommend a good beginners workout?
