Chocolate Mini Rolls - 2 points
4 99% fat free crackers with 2 triangles of Laughing cow light - 2 points

Getting a bit bored of these though, and was wondering what everyone else on weight watchers eats as their treats between meals, as hoping to get some good ideas!!! Smile

i love the tesco H/E choc mousse, 1.5 points each. Or their maple syrup bars, also 1.5 points each

Favourite snack - in front of TV when dinner seems a long time ago:
melba toasts - one packet of six = 1 point
cheese "light" triangles - three = 1 and half points (half per melba toast)
little dab of salsa or hot tomato relish on each one = hardly any points - probably half for whole lot if that.
Takes quite a long time to assemble and eat so you feel like you've eaten more! (well, I do anyway!)

Also, one fun size packet maltesers = 1 and half points

Sugar-free jelly with diet lemonade stirred in instead of the cold water. It tastes fizzy when set = 0 points

Snack-a-jacks = 2 points

Carrot/cucumber/celery sticks dipped in 30g full-fat houmus (1.5pts) mixed with 1 small tub of low-fat natural yogurt (1.5pts). Either mix in some chopped mint or sprinkle paprika and ground cumin in a nice pattern on top. Also good as a starter for a posh dinner.

walkers french fries - 1 and half points per packet! (for the mutipack packets)

GingerBells · 14/12/2004 14:08

Sherbert filled flying saucers
Ice pops

fairycakes · 14/12/2004 14:10

Gomgerbells, how many points in the flying saucers - I Love them! and the meringue sounds nice - do you know how many points? ta x

fairycakes · 14/12/2004 14:11

SpringCrimboTurkey · 14/12/2004 14:20

Carrot Cake Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

GingerBells · 14/12/2004 15:01

erm...can't remember, they have zero fat though, could you calculate the points on a ww calculator? Probably 2 points for a 50g bag.

Our WW leader was always extoling the virtues of meringues for those of us with sweet tooth- buy those individual ones in a pack. Again zero fat so low points - 1 per meringue?

woodpops · 14/12/2004 16:05

From when I last did WW (a few years ago) I took a liking to pink and white they were called. It was a marshmellow between 2 wafers and as far as I remember they were only ½ a point and dealt with my sweet craving.

Kaysleighbells · 14/12/2004 16:08

the m&s meringue nests are 1 point each.
a swirl of low fat anchor cream is 1/2 point. and a few berries half point. so a lovely creamy sweet desert for 2 points.

You can even serve them at a dinner party with posh fruit on them !

Kaysleighbells · 14/12/2004 16:09

oooh woodpops, i've been buying those - they are absolutely scrummy. Thing is I have to get to them before the kids do !

woodpops · 14/12/2004 16:23

You feel like you're being really naughty having them as well which makes it even better.

fairycakes · 16/12/2004 11:04

just discovered rowntrees jelly (not the sugar fee one as i dont like it) is only 2 points for half the packet, yummy!
