I have just started exercise classes at my gym.
There is one PT who goes over every exercise in depth and alternates so they will do a leg exercise and then do arms and back to legs to give us a rest and I love those classes.
I went to one today where we stayed doing leg exercises over and over for the whole class and hardly any of us were still doing the final exercises as we couldn’t take anymore. The instructor also corrected people on their form in front of everyone.
It made me think has anyone has had any awful exercise classes? Or what makes a ‘good’ exercise class in your eyes?
