I've completely let myself down. I have. A really special holiday in 6 weeks. I wanted to lose a stone and a half. I'm an emotional eater and have been through a lot of work stress and completely over indulged.

I'm 5'6" and just over 11 1/2 stone. What are my best options to get to 10 1/2 stone/10 stone in 6 weeks please?

All the fast 800 recipes are really easy, they take 10-15 mins

Fast 800 for sure. I have lost 8kg in 7weeks. (Had a blip, put 1kg back on, but now back on it again).

Where is the best place to find out more about this please?

Buy the Michael Mosley Fast Keto book.

I lost about half a stone in a couple of weeks by roughly following it but mostly by cutting out all sugar, most carbs and no alcohol.

I've just lost 10lb in 6 weeks.

I'm 5ft 2ft and gone from 8st 11lb to 8st 1lb

I've just been calorie tracking and trying to stick to a high protein, low carb diet. First 4 weeks I was tracking around 1300kcal a day and loosing 2lb a week. Past couple of weeks I'm tracking around 1500kcal a day and loosing 1lb a week.

I do however do quite intense workouts 5 days a week, 3x weights and 2x cardio/weight mix.

I found 1300kcal not too tough to stick to. 300kcal breakfast, 300kcal lunch, 500kcal dinner and 2x 100kcal snacks.

You need to buy / borrow this book and read it from cover to cover before starting. Reading it properly is very important to understand the dos and don'ts, the science behind it etc. (make sure it's definitely this book you're buying, not the similar looking recipe books - although you can buy them as well as they've got great recipes, but you need this one to explain the diet properly):

The Fast 800: How to combine rapid weight loss and intermittent fasting for long-term health (The Fast 800 Series) amzn.eu/d/7kkhHbV

If you're on Facebook, join the group Fast800 UK Community. The support is great and there are loads of inspiring posts. Plenty of people have lost the weight that you're looking to lose.

Finally, watch Michael Moseley's programmes on channel 4 catch-up for further inspiration. One was called Lose a Stone in 21 Days, the other was 21 Day Body Turnaound.

Good luck - you've got this!
