Still losing the weight loss battle 53, menopausal and comfort eating my way through the last 3 years where we have suffered two close and difficult bereavements. Now ashamed to say size 24-26. I'm tall-ish 5ft 10in.
I have a family wedding next month and really struggling to find something, ANYTHING to wear that is just going to be half decent.
Lay awake last night trying to think of excuses not to go just because I can't find anything to wear!! ☹
I struggle to wear heels now and have swollen ankles/feet so was thinking a trouser suit would perhaps be better, but would need a long tunic top to hide apron tummy too. Not too light coloured as I'll look even more huge! Worried a maxi dress would either look like a poor attempt at being a bridesmaid or a tent!
I have tried Studio 8, Yours, Scarlett Jo etc but can't find anything suitable. Any bigger women here able to suggest where they buy wedding guest type clothes from?
