I watched, the Rosmary Conally and Collen Nolan one today. It is ok, didn't actually do any of the exercises, so don't know wether it was a good workout LOL.

I love TaeBo and Davinas DVDs.

Ive got all of Davinas (apart from the post pregnancy one) and enjoy doing them all - especially the 'Power of 3' and her latest one. The squats sections have me losing the will to live sometimes but other than its great ;)

Billy Blanks TaeBo dvds are also great - he's an excellent instructor, very motivating and even though some of his dvds are hard work they are still enjoyable and you feel like you have really achieved something at the end of it. Most dvds have a basic and advanced section so you can build your way up (Davinas also has a low intensity option for beginners).

Both have box set dvds on amazon for very reasonable prices too!

I really recommend the ministry of sound pump it up DVDs. It gives you an excellent work out. Again look on amazon because customer reviews are really good.
