Anyone had success with one meal a day?

Or anyone want to try?
Would be great to lose weight quickly and I'm fed up and willing to give this a go. But I'm also weak with little willpower and probably a sugar addiction.
I want to lose one stone in the next few weeks.
It's either this or alternate day fasting. I want quick results.
Anyone had success?

I am attempting similar … which I realise isn’t sustainable but I need a boost before I go on holiday

I am having two low calorie low fat high protein shakes a day - one at 11am and one at 3pm and then having salad with chicken or beans for dinner at 6-7pm

Not eating anything between 7pm and 11am but drinking plenty of water in between

I have no idea if it will work but something has to!

I am 11.11 now and want to be 10.11 when we go away in a few weeks time

I have found that this is what I have ended up doing, but I do have a snack and fruit on an evening as its my main snacking time.

So for me a day typically has been just drinking black coffee, water or green tea until around 4.30ish. I have then been having a meal with a lot of veg or salad. And save about 400 calories to have some fruit (mainly berry fruits) and a Grenade or PHD smart bar.

It's a lot easier for me to calorie count this way, and suits me as I prefer waiting til later to eat.

I'ts probably something that you either get on with or you don't.
