Semaglutide (Rybelsus) does it work?

I have a lot of weight to lose and I think I will need something to give me a boost and wondered if anyone can tell me their weight loss successes on these tablets?

@Mrspoopoohead There are lots and lots of threads in this group with people talking about their successes and failures with Semaglutide, both Rybelsus and Ozempic. A search on either "Rybelsus" or "Ozempic" will bring them up.
