This week I definitely decided to raise my game and use sweetner in my morning coffee instead of sugar - I’ve done it all week
Ive been starving and miserable all week - really struggling. I hate pasta and honestly was so tempted to take some of my sons leftovers yesterday.
it’s been horrendous and the first time I’ve felt any hunger at all.
its the sweetener isn’t it? Bit I can’t find any research to back that up. Has anybody experienced similar?
