So recently I've had no motivation to go gym. I work nights. 4/5 shifts a week and I'm utterly exhausted when I finish . 12.5 hour shifts. So when I get home I just want to crawl into bed and sleep. I used to go gym for an hour after I'd finished bit I've lost all motivation and I'm gaining weight. I feel gross. I'm currently trying 5ft 2 and 10st 5lb. My goal is 9st 2lb. Trying to eat healthily and working nights is really hard. Any advice on how I can get my motivation back and eat healthier while working the graveyard shift? I want to lose some weight by the end of summer. Ideally a stone.
