Is this a thing? Had a really bad month weight-wise.

Mixture of being away with work, a two week family holiday then having our kitchen done so eating out and takeaways. A lot of wine was involved in the work trip / holiday.

Got on the scales and I am a STONE heavier than the beginning of May 😫. I was expecting weight gain but this is quite a lot!

I was hoping it would come off if I just go back to eating / drinking / exercising as I was pre No-Discipline-May but wondering if I need to do something more drastic to kick start it.... has anyone lost this amount of weight as quickly as it went on?

That’s mysterious. I would have thought wine, takeaways and eating out would have been perfect for maintaining your weight.
I wonder what would happen if there was no wine, no takeaways and no eating out.
We’ll never know.

Wow condescending much.

Op, hopefully it will come off quickly going back to normal, I should imagine a lot of the weight gain was water x

Wine will still feature in June but maybe not every day and not by the gallon 😂
