Weighed in this morning at 11 stone 3 1/4lb, at 5ft 6.

My fighting weight is the early 9 stones, that's when I look and feel my best.

I could list a hundred reasons of the whys and the hows it's happened but the fact is I feel uncomfortable, lethargic and unhappy with my appearance, so I'm getting it off.

Will probably IF, 16:8 and aim to eat healthily in that time. If anyone would like to join me, feel free Grin if not I'll just keep popping back for my own accountability.

Skip breakfast.

12pm - Lunch will be either an omelette with salad, or poached eggs on flat mushrooms with spinach. Might make a batch of vegetable soup.

3pm - Piece of fruit.

7pm - Tea will be either chicken or fish, with a choice of salad/Cous Cous/veg, depending on what we fancy at the time.

I feel well when I eat like this.

I'm sorry for the unsolicited advice, but consider having something like cheese/meat/boiled eggs at 3pm instead of fruit. You are causing yourself an insulin spike, and disabling glucagon (the fat loss hormone)
