I figured that if I've spent £100 on something, I'm not going to sack it off too easily....
I have tried every diet going and failed, even after some success. I fully recognise that I'm not going to make any lasting, sustainable changes until I sort my head out, stop making excuses and stop using food and drink as comfort.
Feeling strangely optimistic despite having a HUGE amount to lose.
Has anyone found Noom has worked for them in a sustainable way?
