Does anyone want to join me or has done it with success? I've read the testimonials and reviews, and it looks like it's the only thing that'll stop my sugar addiction.

I've had two Cornetto ice creams, three jam doughnuts and one bar of chocolate today. That's pretty normal for me, especially lately with two recent bereavements and general work/home life stress which has led to me binge eating. But I need to drop at least 10kg to get to a healthy weight and this diet seems results driven and structured.

So I'm posting here for accountability (if I tell people, I will have to do it!) and to ask people if they'd like to do it too or to share any success stories of doing it.

Don't start now!

I did it years ago. Lost 28lb in the 28 days. Was amazingly easy. Why? Because I started from being a bit healthy already. I was obese still but I'd been eating well and exercising for about 90 days before I did it.

Genuinely believe that made it easier.

Also you start on new moon, not full moon!

Hiya I will join. Today is day 1 for me. I'm doing a smoothie cleanse instead of juicing as I exercise and need the energy. I did a 5 day smoothie cleanse a month ago and I loss 8lbs and my tummy went so flat. I had baby number 3 last Jan so wanna lose rest of the weight. I've loss 30lbs already with IF. I will post here for accountability. We can do this ✅

Following as I’m interested in how this works out - I see the adverts for the ludicrously expensive ones but am never sure how well they actually work.
