Hi guys is anyone started a prolonged fast or alternative day fasting like 20:4 or 5:2. Looking for an accountability buddy as I will be starting today.

⚠️Please note that if you have not done it before, have no experience, have not done research, pregnant and have underlying health issue please do not take part.

Fasting is a way of loosing weight and has medical benefits. It helps by reducing insulin when not eating which allows the body to burn the fat stored.

Day 1 for me, I will post here for accountability and put my weight loss. Since baby I've loss 40lbs doing fasting. I mix it up. I started at 16h. Remember to drink plenty water, salt and electrolyte if needed. You can stay slightly active but always listen to your body. We can do this. Let the fasting begin💯💯

Yesss finally someone that understands lol. People think all sorts with fasting but it's actually beneficial. It's help me to loose so much weight and reverse my medical issue. I will start a long one in a few days time ☺️. I'm currently doing 18:6 and sometimes 20:4
