Ladies, I am a bit desperate. I need to loose 2&1/2 stone minimum. I have tried body coach, weight watchers, low carb, intermittent fasting the Cambridge diet etc I just can not seem to stick to them.
if anyone has used NOOM, can I ask for tour he at opinions please? Good or bad. Is it worth a try? I feel like I need to do something and I’m hoping NOOM might work!
I do like exercise, I just don’t do it enough and I love food!
