If I stuck to 1200 calories, how much could I lose? I weigh 163lb and ideal weight is 128-135lb. Special holiday in 9 weeks and want to feel slim/get rid of belly bulge.
I'm thinking I'll struggle with 1200 calories but trying to keep somewhere between 1200 and 1500. I'm going to try and do intermittent fasting so not eating until lunch. I'm no good at all this. Snacking is my issue and emotional eating. When I exercise, I eat more. All I know if, 14 years ago I ate tiny portions, tried to stick to 1200 cals and lost a lot of weight for my wedding.
