Before ds I was a 10. He is 11 weeks and I have lost most of the weight, but my belly is a big jelly. I still look a bit pregnant! Will it always be like this now? I'm only 25. I don't want to always be this strange shape

11 weeks! don't worry, losing the weight comes first, then you will regroup (although you will be different than before).

exercise routine very important if you can, time for you and to feel good.

give yourself a chance woman - you had a whole other person living in your belly three months ago. You should give yourself as long to get rid of the belly as you took to grow it. How did you keep to a size 10 before?

Before i didn't do loads of excercise, just was out and about alot iykwim. But I did eat healthy. I still do, but I'm breastfeeding and so don't want to diet, and have no time for exvcercise. I love being a mum, I just feel a bit sad every time I look down at my tummy...

Targetted exercise will be the way if you want to get that flat belly back but don't feel you have to rush to do something. You can lose weight anytime. It's only this week you can be with your 11-week old baby.
